Gear of the week: Shorts

Charlotte is a freelance journalist, copywriter and editor specialising in health, fitness and lifestyle. An LIRF run leader and qualified exercise to music instructor, she also runs fitness blogging workshops for teenage girls and volunteers with A Mile in Her Shoes, the charity helping homeless women find their feet through running. Charlotte likes running, triathlon, binge drinking and crisps. She dislikes writing about herself in the third person (ahem).
