The Les Mills team are heading down to London City Runners Clubhouse in Bermondsey (if you haven’t been yet, it’s a cool bar under the railway arches). After a 3km warm-up run you’ll be led through the class which works on core strength, running symmetry and moves to help prevent injury

Disco Yoga Brunch
25 January, 11:00, £30
Bush Hall, Shepherd’s Bush
Looking for fun ways to meet up with friends that don’t involve the pub? You can’t beat Disco Yoga. It’s my birthday this month and I wanted to go to one of their monthly brunches but alas, it’s a week too late. Doesn’t stop you going though.
Basically you glitter up and then shimmy, bend and flow away to disco classics like Stayin’ Alive and Kung Fu Fightin’. There’s a live DJ, optional fancy dress (spandex is encouraged) and maybe even a bit of freestyling.
You get a buffet brunch and mocktail or cocktail to finish.
