The Les Mills team are heading down to London City Runners Clubhouse in Bermondsey (if you haven’t been yet, it’s a cool bar under the railway arches). After a 3km warm-up run you’ll be led through the class which works on core strength, running symmetry and moves to help prevent injury

Disco Yoga Brunch

Disco Yoga

25 January, 11:00, £30

Bush Hall, Shepherd’s Bush

Looking for fun ways to meet up with friends that don’t involve the pub? You can’t beat Disco Yoga. It’s my birthday this month and I wanted to go to one of their monthly brunches but alas, it’s a week too late. Doesn’t stop you going though.

Basically you glitter up and then shimmy, bend and flow away to disco classics like Stayin’ Alive and Kung Fu Fightin’. There’s a live DJ, optional fancy dress (spandex is encouraged) and maybe even a bit of freestyling.

You get a buffet brunch and mocktail or cocktail to finish.

FRAME: Yoga in the clouds

25 January, 11:30, £49.10

Shangri-La Hotel, London Bridge

We haven’t actually been up the Shard before so this sounds good. Frame are hosting a yoga brunch at the Shangri-La Hotel.

Your ‘Rise and Shine’ yoga class will take place in the sky lounge on level 34 with amazing views across London. Then it’s time to tuck into a healthy brunch with loads of Veganuary-friendly options. To finish there’s a masterclass with experts from Neal’s Yard Remedies showing you how to create a bespoke facial oil.

Goody bags to go, too. If you can’t do Jan there are two more brunches on 22 Feb and 14 March.
