As part of the RideLondon cycling festival, eight miles of central London roads will be closed to all traffic except bikes between 9 and 16.00 on Saturday allowing you to whizz past Buck palace, St Paul’s and all the sights without fear of bashing into a bus. Yay. At 5pm you can check out races with loads of Olympic cyclists at St James’s Park and on Sunday there’s a 100-mile race that we know a few nutters are racing in. Good luck Angela, PT Mollie, Cat Simpson, Laura, lazy girl running and Derek!

Marlow Swin

I really, really, really want to do this open water swim but i’m at a wedding so if you could get some lengths in for me that’d be fabulous. Get your bank holiday swim on, have a bloody lovely time and a big fat country pub lunch after won’t you.
