Award-winning coach Kim Ingleby is one of our favourite fitness trainers ever. She’s so lovely but she works you soooo hard and she’s also a bloomin’ fantastic motivator (I went to a motivational talk with her, I’m a grumpy sod so that’s really not my bag but my god she really did get me all inspired and fired up. Miracle worker. Cx) This six-week course then, in our honest opinion, is a veritable bargain! Six weeks of online coaching including weekly training plans, weekly nutritional plans, goal setting and support, motivation and discounts on supplements. Everything you need to get fitter and stronger this summer. Do it! Ps, we’ve got more info on Kim here.

Stay tuned for more details for sunset yoga, watching the sun go down as you bend and flex on the roof of a disused muti-storey car park in Peckham. There are already plenty of yoga sessions taking place including Rocket Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Dru Yoga, see the timetable here.
