We’ve got Christmas hula hooping, ballet-based classes, tough and muddy trail runs, Santa runs and cycles, discounted bootcamps and, err, loads and loads of yoga. December definitely seems to be a yoga-heavy month, but in our Christmas party overloaded states we are not complaining. Plus quite a bit of it’s FREE! Knew that’d get your attention. Now where’s the mulled wine?

FREE Zero Calorie Advent Calendar
Daily throughout December
To be honest, all my advent calendars were zero calories as my mum never let me have those chocolate ones (meanie), however this is a much better idea than cardboard pictures of donkeys and baby Jesus. Each day throughout December the online calendar will provide you with a fitness-related offer or discount, a workout and a healthy recipe – all for free. Bonza. Check it out here.
FREE Sleek Technique class
7 Dec, 9am. 12 Dec, 19.00

Hey, if Angelina Jolie’s body double is a fan, who are we to argue. To book, drop into Reebok FitHub Covent Garden, tweet @sleektechnique or drop an email to email@example.com
