Autumn is well and truly upon us, which means off-road racing a go-go hurrah! This series of wet and muddy races use only natural obstacles (so ponds, hills, rivers forests) but you will get filthy so don’t wear your best kit! There’s a race every month with locations across the South of England and distances varying from 8-16k, there’s even a women’s only race in January. The brutal series comes highly recommended by mates from our running club, and it’s very reasonably priced innit?

You know that hardcore American DVD exercise programme INSANITY? Yeah, well now you can do it live. We’ve heard loads about it so we’re popping along to this pop-up before work. Led by Tanya from London Insaniacs it’s 30 mins of intense training, combining high intensity cardio, full body toning and an abs section done with silent disco style headphones. Ouch. Luckily you get a free smoothie from Moosh Cafe afterwards and a goody bag to take away the pain. Book here.
