Lululemon offer free yoga classes every Sunday and we’re particularly looking forward to this Budokon class – mainly because we have no idea what to expect. A quick look at the event page tells us Budokon means The Way of the Warrior Spirit and combines Hatha flow with martial arts, meditation and animal movement. Sounds intriguing. Lululemon classes are usually busy and they’re first come, first served so turn up early if you want to get your om on,

wingsforlifeworldrun.com

Yes, it’s May but you need to enter now as online registration closes on 28 April. This race, taking place in 35 locations across the world is unique in that the finish line chases you. Yep, that’s right, it chases you! How far you run depends on how fast you run as a chaser car sets off 30minutes after the start gun and gradually speeds up. The race finishes when the last person is caught. Sounds fun/scary. you can enter as an individual or as a team. All proceeds from the race go to Wings for Life – funding research into spinal cord injury.

Know of any fitness events for May, send them our way would you? Email charlotte@lungesandlycra.co.uk
