Yoga Buddah Bar

We’re having ourselves a little L+L yoga outing to this event on Sunday so we’ll report back, but it all sounds pretty, darn aces. You get a detox smoothie on arrival then, after a one-hour yoga class, there’s a three-course wellness brunch (you can choose from veg, meat or fish options when booking) and cocktail. Once you’ve eaten the tunes come on with DJs playing until the early evening. Goodie bags too.

Yogasphere also do yoga at the top of the Shard, which I’m going to on Saturday. Expect to see hundreds of pix on Instagram.

The latest event from Secret Urban Escape is all about boxing. Barry’s Bootcamp Master Trainer Shane Collins will be leading an hour long boxing-based fitness workout with a skipping, shadow boxing, punching, sweat-dripping circuit. Afterwards there’s food from paleo street stall Feed Me Primal, which is a bit rubbish for veggies as there’s a choice of pulled pepper chicken or rump steak tostada.

As always with these events, the exact location is a closely guarded secret until just before. It’s a rooftop somewhere near Paddington is all we’ve got to go on.

Yoga PIcnic

2 September, 17.00
Lewis Cubit Park, King’s Cross
moveyourframe.com

This is free but it’ll book up quick – such is the adoration for healthy food blogger Deliciously Ella. Turn up with your yoga mat for an hour of Vinyasa Yoga and then chow down on a healthy picnic. The idea is that you bring a dish that will feed four and everyone shares. This being Deliciously Ella though, the emphasis is on healthy food so dishes must be gluten free, vegetarian, dairy free and refined sugar free – all of which makes us want to turn up with sausage rolls and a basket of Scotch eggs.

Call Frame reception to book on 020 7033 1855.
